At this moment, I'm feeling totally sleepy.*yawnz*

Freaking, freaking knackered these days...(let's not go into this topic now)

Then again, i am certain that if i shd procrastinate, I will surely lose the urge to blog thereafter abt tonite's event again.

So, I attended a corporate event at Shangri-La tonite. And in order to fit into my goddamn dress, I had tot of gg into a full-scale diet for 3 days prior to the event.

But as u noe, tok is cheap. Saying is so much easier than carrying out the actual deed. Thus, my "official diet" commences oni tdy. Moi had oni a measly meal of a curry puff for the entire day. Yah, 1 CURRY PUFF!!!!!

I duno hw is it for u guys..but for me, this is certainly an incredible feat.

If u noe mi well enough, u will noe Yours Truly is someone who cant take hunger at all. My threshold of bearing wif hunger is uber low..N very often, a hungry Na is an angry Na. Not oni will i b driven crazy by hunger easily, i will also drive those ard mi crazy when i m hungry. haha.

However, for the sake of beauty, i have no choice but to supress the gluttonous soul in me.

As such, i manage to fit into my dress eventually but it's still not up to my expectations yet. I can do much better; provided i had started crash-dieting earlier. Okiez, i will do that the next time round. haha.

Anw, im digressing..back to the event..

Truth b told, i really ABHOR such functions..

But wat to do? When the invitation is extended by your boss's boss's boss, u simply have to reply that it's an honour to be invited,and hw appreciative u r of ur boss's boss's boss's kind gesture rite? (okiez, u got the drift???)

Despite sayin that, ya lah, i must say it's really pretty generous of the mgmt to do that. That's why i always tink im working in the right organisation. Tht's my heartfelt tots! Haha.

One reason that I haven been enthu abt tonite is becos im the oni one in my dept who will b attending this event, alongside wif my team leader and the other team's GTL.

My customer was the oni finalist from the list of submissions by my dept for tonite's award.

Nonetheless, i was glad that I attended the event!

Cos my cust emerged as one of the winners tonite!

Altho I hadnt contributed to their winning, but im still exhilarated by it! Im happy not for myself, but for them actually. Becos throughout the comptition, I can really see their efforts n eagerness to win. Hence, I too, felt they deserve this award! =)

Eh, honestly speaking, mayb im also somewhat happy for myself lah. Haha. Apparently, i stand to get $500 worth of shopping vouchers becos my cust had emerged as one of the winners. Hmm, so yupz, im happy too! =p

Okiez, that's all. I cant reali figure out wat im typing now. The beckoning of the bed is getting increasingly stronger as each sec passes by.

Damn. I dun tink im able to wake up in time for a swim at Mojo's n Sia's chalet later.

N oh! Having a chalet cum BBQ wif the peepz later! In conjuction wif Steph's bdae n Mojo n Sia's anniversary! Bet it will b damn fun!! Yippie!! =)
